For those who like to taste an option with mainly produce from the land, they can opt for rice with seasonal vegetables and meat, which incorporates artichokes, zucchini or asparagus, according to the season. Moreover, those who prefer rice without meat or fish can choose the vegetable paella made with market produce.

Black rice and fideuá

Another specialty of the house is its black rice, which the chef Matarrodona suggests in two excellent versions: black rice with baby octopus and black rice with beach cuttlefish and red shrimp.

Moreover, the menu offers a fideuá, which is made similar to paella, but instead of rice short noodles are used and accompanied by seafood and cuttlefish.

The rice at this restaurant comes from Molí de Rafelet, in Deltebre, a company that manufactures the product in a traditional wooden mill, the only one to do so in Catalonia.
