The catering group specialising in rice dishes and paellas in Barcelona has renewed its digital image with the creation of a new website and a new corporate blog.

Cullera de Boix renews its digital image by creating and designing a new corporate website, which can be adapted to mobile devices, in order to facilitate interaction with users and search for information on the catering group via the Internet.

The new Cullera de Boix website is part of the group’s new communication and digital marketing strategy, which was initiated in 2016 to ensure an appropriate and consistent digital image on the Internet and social networks.

This strategy has been developed by the Sàpiens Publicacions group with the support of the CUINA magazine, specialising in gastronomy and a reference in this field in Catalonia.

Cullera de Boix’ rice dishes

One of the new additions to the website is the GurmetBoix blog, where news on the group’s restaurants will be announced, together with reports and interviews on the food sector, with special emphasis on the field of rice dishes and paellas, i.e. the specialty and essence of Cullera de Boix.

This blog will include contributions by the CUINA magazine team, the number one in the industry in Catalonia boasting 15 years of experience.

The new website includes detailed information about each group restaurant, the general menu and the daily menu, as well as the recipes by its chef, Xavier Matarrodona, which are being published each month in CUINA.

Making easier reservations at restaurants

The new website can be adapted to mobile devices; thus, it is easy to make a reservation at each of the restaurants via the website.

Cullera de Boix is a catering group founded in 2001 by Jordi Gabarrell and specialising in rice dishes and paellas. It offers a traditional market cuisine, based on Catalan products, with an innovative touch, in Barcelona’s city centre.

It boasts a new restaurant located on Rambla de Catalunya (Rambla), apart from the one on Ronda de Sant Pere (Urquinaona) and Calle Hospital (Boqueria), as well as two hotels attached to the latter two premises. The restaurants feature terraces and private spaces for specific activities and events.
