The restaurant specialising in paella, one of the best in Barcelona, starts the September season with promotions and raffles, in which you can get free lunches or dinners.

Are you looking for a restaurant for your birthday? Well, if you celebrate it by having lunch or dinner at Cullera de Boix, the cake, candles and sparkling wine to toast are on the restaurant.

All you have to do is reserve a table at one of the three restaurants the gastronomic group features in downtown Barcelona and take with you all the friends you want. This is one of the new offers that the company founded by Jordi Gabarrell is launching ahead of this September.

“We want customers to have a unique place to celebrate their special day; thus, to encourage them to come, we invite them to the two essential elements of any birthday: cake and sparkling wine,” the manager of the Cullera de Boix restaurants, Rafael Santos, explains.

However, this is not the only promotional initiative of this restaurant group in Barcelona, which has been pioneering rice cuisine, as they are preparing more surprises to ease the return to routine after the holidays and face the fall season.

Cullera de Boix menu for four people

In fact, they will soon launch a promotion, according to which the winner of the draw to be carried out among the first hundred customers or users who leave their details will be rewarded with a lunch or dinner (to be selected) for four people. Only users who sign up to the group’s newsletter may participate, the latter of which can be found on the revamped restaurant website.

The winner of this promotion and their three guest diners can sample the iconic house menu, i.e. the Cullera de Boix. This is made up of some finger food as a starter (croquettes, razor clams, mussels, cod esqueixada (salad) …), a fish and seafood paella as a main course and a Catalan creme brulee as a dessert. Drinks are not included.

“The Cullera de Boix menu – which is not the same as the lunch menu – offers a sample of the restaurant’s flagship products and is an ideal opportunity to try the best paella in Barcelona while sitting with friends, relatives or co-workers on a cool and modern terrace, such as the one at the restaurant we have on the Rambla de Cataluña,” Santos explains.
